The above notice keeps coming up when I load my homepage(Yahoo)and I have to deleat it at least twice. Sometimes it comes up on browsing further. Each time I delete it sounds a booming noise.
The above is the heading but goes on to say [i]"This application has failed to start because xpcom_core.dll was not found. Re-installing this application may fix this problem"
I have downloaded the latest mozilla firefox and it seemed to improve for a short while but has now reverted.
Previously I googled the xpcom_core.dll but the pages I found seemed to warn against downloading that.
Can anyone ad vise me about this ?
I have windows XP , Panda anti virus,Malebytes anti malware,Spybot and Superantispyware. I use CC Cleaner regularly, but never need to defragment according to the analyser.
Thanks
Dave

As far as I know deleting the npmozax.dll file from the Mozilla Firefox/plugins directory should sort it out.
