I have been advised by a friend to download cc cleaner. He tells me that if I delete files from the recycle bin they are not properly deleted and if I use cc cleaner this will delete them properly from the pc? Is this right and where do you recommend I download it from?

Google Download.com and type in the window cc cleaner and then download.

Thanks for the reply. However, I know where to get it from. I just want to know what it does.

It cleans out a lot of the unwanted files left by surfing etc.
