I see that cantusana asked this, but has not had a reply. How do you uninstall the previous version of Messenger, if you can't find it in the list (Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel)? The old version seems to cause conflict within the new version, but you can't get rid of it. Best regards. Geoff

When you choose the add/remove programs from control panel, there is a Windows Components option which will have the old messenger under it.
