Does anyone know how to fully remove Secunia.com from my computer. I know many people recommend, and trust, Secunia.com, but I want to fully delete it from my computer. I have uninstalled it, but still receive screen pop-ups notifying me of updates, and programs that Secunia has identified as in need of attention, thus indicating that it is still working in the background on my computer.
How do I shut it down? It really is acting like a virus!!!

Maybe check there are no entries in the startup section of msconfig.

Have now completely removed Secunia by the following method :-
Re-install the Secunia program. Download Revo Uninstaller. Use Revo to remove Secunia, including all "bits & pieces" left on registry. Hey Presto - Secunia gone !!!
