I am s a non technical computer user who uses avg 7.5 , quite happily apart from the each time I log on, I have to wait whilst avg does its daily update.
I've had a warning message from AVG that they are withrawing support for 7.5 after april 12th.
They offer AVG 8.5 at about 50£ for I year's use and about £5 for instal disc.
what with spanish postal reliability I'd want to have it sent to UK but am mostly here on Costa Blanco.

Is there a way to get a reliable automatic update version of AVG installed at little cost?

hi try downloading from the home page on the enet website should give you avg 8.5 free cheers

Hi Steve. The latest free version 9 is linked on our home page. It will auto update but I recommend switching off the scheduled scan as this can kick in when you least expect it and eat up you PC's resources.
