I read your article every week but I must have missed this.
Recently I bought a new Sony Vaio laptop with Windows Vista Programmed. Whenever I am reading my e-mail or webpages, a window pops up in Spanish advertising cosmetics and cheap airfares.

I have Norton 360 installed, please advice.

I'm not a big fan of Norton 360 and it does sound like you have some spyware on your laptop. Try installing SuperAntiSpyware and Spybot and see what comes up. Don't forget do do the updates and keep me posted.
