I keep losing my internet connection about every few minutes.Could you give me the reasons for this, and is there anything I can do to stop it happening so frequently?

I am getting very frustated with my internet disconnecting Since I mailed you last week it seems to be happening more frequently.
I keep getting the message "Program not Responding" and then a window that says "Send error report" It then says after a few seconds "Error reported" And I then it connects ok and then after a couple of minutes it happens again and it's driving me nuts.I have a Zoom ADSL5 box.

Hi Wolfie. This does sound like a problem with your PC/Windows rather than your ADSL connection. The "Program not Responding" and "Send error report" messages quite often appear due to spyware or virus. You need to check all your security programs are upto date and scan your computer. We recommend AVG8, Spybot Search and Destroy and SuperAntiSpyware. You can download any of these from the links on our home page. Let me know how you get on.
