Recently when i turn on the computer, the screen reads no signal input. This happens only intermittently. If I turn it off and try again later, it may come on or may not. i am using an hpcompaq computer with the vista system. The computer is only 9 months old and I am a very new user. Help please

Hi Jean. This usually indicates a hardware problem but as it's intermittent it may be a bit more difficult to diagnose. The first thing to check is that all the leads/cables between the PC and the screen are pushed in tightly, Is it still under warranty?
