I have suddenly got a problem printing e-mails or web pages. this has only been in the last two days. when i look at the print preview it is just a page of technical jargon and this is what prints out . this happens in gmail and hot mail but I have not had this problem previously. hope you can help, thanks aunty

i have uninstalled the printer and driver but it doesn't make any difference. i have been told my computer is running in html mode and that is a settings problem
