Windows XP Home opens normally but when I click to load my settings I have to wait minutes before being able to open Home Page,Outlook or any other programme.
On accessing Task Manager during that period I can see wildly fluctuating CPU usage(up to 80%)
I have AVG8, Spybot,ZA and SuperAntispyware installed.

HELP!
