Hello Aunty
Over a period of time one tends to accumulate loads of useful little programs, files etc on the hard disk. Also, many settings have been changed, and many personal preferences entered, to suit one's own situation and requirements. When the computer crashes, or you just feel like upgrading to a new one, the guys at ENet Computers do an excellent job of transferring data, reloading programs etc, but there is still much to do in order to get the system 'fine-tuned' to where it was on the old hard disk. Is there any way of doing a backup, which includes everything, so that the new hard disk will perform in exactly the same way as the previous one? Nowadays, with so much on my computer, I would feel a lot happier if I had such a backup. Any chance of a quote please?
